For businesses and organizations that are based in a developing country, please contact us for special pricing. At New Pioneer, we believe every business owner should have access to resources to help them grow their business, despite the unique challenges they might face. Discounting the price of our services shows our continued commitment not only to these businesses and organizations but the communities they serve as well.
If you would like to order one of our packages, please call us or send us an email. We will contact you to make sure that the package will fit your needs and give you a quote. We don’t believe in selling you something you do not need. Some people would call that a poor business model. We call it the right thing to do. If you would like an initial consultation about a specific issue with your business and would like some help, please contact us. This consultation will be a 60 minute phone conference and costs $145. The cost can be applied towards any of our services when you choose to work with us.
Social Media Marketing Package ($595): We work with you to enhance your social media presence and develop a social media marketing plan for your business. We then train you on how to manage and execute it. Sessions are conducted via web conference or over the phone.
Custom Logo Design ($495): We work with you to build a custom company or organization logo that represents your brand. You will work with our in house graphic designer and receive the necessary files (.JPG, .PNG & art files) for your use. Price includes 3 initial, custom logo designs, based on an initial session with you, along with up to 2 revisions on the design you choose to go with. Sessions are conducted via web conference or over the phone.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning ($1,495): Business Continuity & Disaster recovery planning are things very few small businesses do but are two of the most important aspects of any business. Failure to prepare for a disaster, whether man made or natural, can devastate a business. We work with you to determine your disaster recovery needs & risks and how to mitigate those risks along with developing a business continuity plan.To do this we must spend time going over all aspects of your business so that we fully understand it. You will receive a report with all of our findings along with recommendations on how to ensure your business is prepared. We will follow up with you at 1 month and 3 months to check up on the improvements to ensure everything is running smoothly. Large businesses have people who do this full time. Your business should have that same access. You can also add an annual review of this package at any time for $195. Sessions are conducted via web conference or over the phone.
Strategic IT Planning Package ($995): We work with you to determine your business goals and identify the best ways to align your IT systems to meet those goals. Correctly implementing and utilizing technology can work wonders for your business as well as your piece of mind. Sessions are conducted via web conference or over the phone.
IT Vendor Management ($195 when combined with any of our planning packages): To implement various parts of an technology plan you may have to hire it out to a professional. Large businesses have people on staff that can implement a plan but will often times hire it out to a company who specializes in it. With our vendor management service, we will locate and work with a vendor close to you. We will go over the plan with them prior to the work and then follow up once they have completed the work to ensure everything is to specifications. We work for you which means we will find a great vendor and negotiate for the best pricing so your company gets the most for your money. Sessions are conducted via web conference or over the phone.
Business Process Improvement ($995): We work with you to identify all aspects of your business and how you can improve them. Business must evolve or get left behind but how do you have time to do that when you spend your time running the place. That is where we come in. Once we understand your business and how your processes work, we will then identify areas where you can improve. This leads to better efficiency and less stress. You will be presented with a report that details our findings along with recommendations on where improvements can be made. Sessions are conducted via web conference or over the phone.
Business Plan Review ($250): Do you already have a business plan? We can review it and make suggestions for improving it. We have worked with banks and investors and know what they look for. Sessions are conducted via web conference or over the phone.
